Therapeutic Exercise Class Tuesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Carderock Club:  8200 Hamilton Spring Ct., Bethesda, MD  20817.  This class combines Total Motion Release, gentle conditioning, and self treatment techniques and is perfect for those of you who maybe dealing with pain or injury and want professional guidance during an exercise class.
